Page 2 - The Future of Philanthropy
P. 2
When today’s senior leaders retire,
the next generation of Chairs, CEOs and Executive Directors will have the knowledge and networks to build diversity and philanthropy into the very DNA of their organizations. It will be embedded into every functional unit. Over time this process will lead to a NEW STANDARD for the sector as a whole, as DIVERSE new leaders with STRONG KNOWLEDGE and connections move into SENIOR LEADERSHIP positions within the AFP volunteer structure, within their own organizations, and throughout the fundraising profession.
